The Premium Cigar Association’s Political Action Committee (Premium Cigar PAC) provides member companies and their employees an opportunity to make their voices heard, have a positive effect on the political process, and contribute to the future of the premium cigar and pipe industry.
Voluntary contributions are collected through the Premium Cigar PAC to support pro-premium tobacco candidates for election to the US House of Representatives, the US Senate and the White House. With your help, the Premium Cigar PAC can continue to help advance such legislative priorities as:
Grant Prior Authorization
Per Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations, a member company of PCA must first provide Premium Cigar PAC with prior authorization before any individual in its restricted class can contribute or be solicited.

The Premium Cigar PAC may not accept corporate funds, nor may it accept any contributions from foreign nationals. Contributions to the Premium Cigar PAC are voluntary. PCA members will not be favored or disfavored on the basis of the contribution amount pledged or received, and a member may decline to participate without concern of reprisal. Any recommended contribution level is merely a suggestion, and you may decide to contribute more, less, or nothing at all. Contributions to the the Premium Cigar PAC are used to make political contributions to candidates and activities on a national level that support the interests of PCA and its member companies. Finally, only a United States citizen or a foreign national lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as defined by Section 101(a)(20) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act (§ U.S.C. Section 1101 (1)(20)) is authorized to provide support for the Premium Cigar PAC.
