In October 2019, the PCA launched a new series of live, in-person workshops on relevant, timely topics to help retailers and their employees learn practical tips and techniques on how to improve everyday business operations. Each workshop allows for approximately 25 participants, features an instructor facilitator, and focuses on enabling peer learning with faculty-led guidance.
The first in-person workshop took place in October 2019 at PCA headquarters in Washington, DC and focused on financial management and inventory control. See the list below for upcoming workshops.
