The memo addresses recent changes to the treatment of in-store pipe tobacco blending following the May 2018 ruling in the cigar industry’s lawsuit against the FDA. IPCPR encourages those retailers who blend pipe tobacco in store to review PTC’s memo, as well as IPCPR’s previous review of the ruling.
