The Idaho Senate State Affairs Committee will hear Senate Bill 1106 in the near future. S.B. 1106 would increase the legal age to purchase premium cigars and pipe tobacco, from 18 to 21 years of age.
The bill does not provide any exemptions for military personnel stationed in Idaho.
