We need your help supporting two important bills now before the Massachusetts legislature, Senate Bill 221 and House Bill 330. These bills would establish a consistent statewide minimum age of 21 for the sale and purchase of adult-use products.
The Premium Cigar Association (PCA) supports these measures and urges all members to contact your legislators today and encourage their support for S.221 and H.330 in the Joint Committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure.
