J.C. Newman Cigar Co. has begun shipping the LeRoy Neiman 2025 Collector’s Edition, the third annual collaboration between the Tampa-based cigar maker and the LeRoy Neiman and Janet Byrne Neiman Foundation. All profits from this release will benefit arts education in Tampa’s public schools.

This year’s cigar features LeRoy Neiman’s Jazz Horns artwork, chosen in recognition of the PCA’s 2025 trade show returning to New Orleans, the birthplace of jazz.

Handcrafted at J.C. Newman’s El Reloj factory, the 6 1/4 x 52 Torpedo uses a Havana Rosado wrapper, Florida Sun Grown binder, and aged fillers from Latin America. The edition is limited to 15,000 cigars packed in 750 cabinets of 20, with an MSRP of $22 per cigar.

Each box includes a lithograph of Jazz Horns and a hidden print of Neiman’s paint-splattered studio floor, produced by Vrijdag Premium Printing in Holland.

“Every cigar from this collection directly supports arts education in Tampa,” said Tara Zabor, Executive Director of the Neiman Foundation. “It’s a way to share LeRoy’s legacy while giving back to the community.”
