Cavalier Genève has announced that its annual “The Green Jacket” 2026 release will begin shipping to selected U.S. retailers next week, followed by international distribution as pre-orders are fulfilled.

Part of Cavalier’s ongoing Green Jacket project, the 2026 edition continues the brand’s distinctive approach to limited inner-circle releases — pairing a refined current-year blend with a forward-looking preview cigar in the same box.

The Green Jacket 2026 is presented in a 7 x 47 Churchill format and packaged in 11-count boxes. Ten cigars feature the official 2026 blend, originally introduced as the 2025 “11th muestra” cigar included in last year’s Green Jacket release. These are identified by green inner-circle bands. The eleventh cigar in each box serves as a preview of the upcoming 2027 blend and is distinguished by a plain factory band from Cavalier’s FCT facility.

The 2026 blend features a Jalapa wrapper over a Connecticut binder with fillers from Honduras and Nicaragua, offering a balanced expression that reflects the brand’s evolving profile. The preview “muestra 2027” cigar takes a different direction, built on a Jamastran wrapper and binder with fillers from Sumatra, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Paraguay — signaling a broader, more complex composition for the future release.

The Green Jacket series remains one of Cavalier’s most exclusive annual programs, reserved for select inner-circle accounts. The 2026 edition carries an MSRP of $203 per box.

All cigars are produced in-house at Cavalier’s Fabrica Centroamericana de Tabaco S.A. (FCT) in Danlí, Honduras, reinforcing the brand’s vertically integrated approach and quality control.

For retailers carrying Cavalier, The Green Jacket continues to represent a program that blends exclusivity, continuity, and anticipation — giving loyal customers something to enjoy now while offering a glimpse of what’s coming next.
