Espinosa Premium Cigars is set to introduce a wide-ranging portfolio of new and returning products at the 2026 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show (PCA26) in New Orleans, combining a new line extension, annual releases, commemorative projects, and non-retail incentive offerings. The 2026 lineup includes additions to established brands alongside new concepts, reflecting a mix of ongoing series, limited releases, and category expansion.

Laranja Hybrid
Leading the PCA26 releases is Laranja Hybrid, a new addition to the Laranja series. The blend features an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder, with filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and Brazil. It will be offered in two box-pressed formats: a 6 x 48 Short Churchill and a 6 x 52 Toro, packaged in 10-count boxes.

Annual and Returning Releases

Several established annual releases will return as part of the PCA26 lineup:

601 La Bomba Warhead 12: Continues the Warhead series with a 6 1/8 x 58 box-pressed format using a Broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. The release maintains the series’ focus on larger vitolas and full-bodied profiles.

Knuckle Sandwich Chef Special 2026: Returns as the latest annual iteration within the Knuckle Sandwich portfolio. This year’s version uses a Mexican claro wrapper over Nicaraguan tobaccos and is produced in a 6 x 54 oval-pressed toro format.

Also included is Warhead: Independence Day 250 Years: A continuation of the brand’s commemorative releases tied to U.S. Independence. The cigar is produced in a 5 3/4 x 56 Robusto Extra format with an Ecuadorian wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler.

Las 6 Provincias Miami
The next installment in the Las 6 Provincias series, Las 6 Provincias Miami, expands the concept beyond Cuba’s original six provinces. The release is presented in a 6 1/4 x 55 format and features a Nicaraguan hybrid wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. Production is limited to 1,000 boxes of 20 cigars.

Non-Retail Incentive Releases
Espinosa will also introduce two releases designated as incentive products rather than traditional retail offerings:

601 Blue 20th Anniversary: This release commemorates two decades of the 601 brand and is produced in a 6 3/4 x 56 oval toro format with a Broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan tobaccos.

Knuckle Sandwich Avant-Garde: Features an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler in a 6 x 54 toro format. Both cigars are intended for select retail partners and customers rather than general sale.

ENTICE Vanilla
Rounding out the portfolio is ENTICE Vanilla, a new infused cigar line that will replace the company’s previous vanilla offering. The line is designed as an entry point within the portfolio and will be offered in three box-pressed sizes: 6 x 44 Lonsdale, 5 x 50 Robusto, and 6 x 50 Toro.

All releases are scheduled to be showcased at PCA 2026 (April 17–20, New Orleans), where Espinosa will present its full 2026 portfolio to retailers.
