Forged Cigar Co. has announced three upcoming additions to the Diesel portfolio for Spring 2026, including a new sampler pack, the second release in the Backyard BBQ series, and the latest installment in the Founder’s Collection. The releases continue Diesel’s focus on AJ Fernandez-produced cigars, seasonal projects, and line extensions tied to established brand themes.

Diesel 90+ Rated Fresh Pack
Diesel has introduced the 90+ Rated Fresh Pack, a four-cigar assortment featuring cigars that have each received ratings of 90 or higher from Cigar Aficionado, according to the company.

The sampler includes Whiskey Row, Whiskey Row Sherry Cask, Vintage Series Natural, and Vintage Series Maduro. All four cigars are presented in toro format and packaged in a resealable pouch with Boveda humidification.

The Diesel 90+ Rated Fresh Pack carries a suggested retail price of $34.99 per pouch and is scheduled to begin shipping on May 1, 2026.

Diesel Backyard BBQ Series Burnt Ends
Diesel is also expanding its Backyard BBQ line with Burnt Ends, the second release in the series following the launch of Backyard BBQ in 2025.

Burnt Ends features a Pennsylvania Broadleaf wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. The cigar is produced at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez in Nicaragua.

The release will be offered in a 6 x 52 Toro format and packaged in 10-count grab-and-go boxes. Suggested retail price is $74.99 per box. Shipping is scheduled for May 1, 2026.

Diesel Founder’s Collection Nevallier
The third release is Diesel Founder’s Collection Nevallier, a collaboration with Rabbit Hole Whiskey and the fourth annual installment in the Founder’s Collection series.

According to the company, Nicaraguan and Dominican filler tobaccos used in the blend were aged in Rabbit Hole Whiskey barrels made from French oak sourced from the Nevers and Allier forests. The cigar also uses a Nicaraguan binder and an Ecuador Habano wrapper.

Nevallier is produced at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez in Nicaragua and will be available in a 6 x 52 Toro format packaged in 10-count boxes. Suggested retail price is $15.99 per cigar, with shipping expected in mid-May 2026.

Spring Availability
All three releases are scheduled to reach retailers in May 2026, adding new options across Diesel’s sampler, seasonal, and premium limited-release segments.
