Oettinger Davidoff Group has announced the launch of AVO Expresivo, a new cigar line, alongside a global brand refresh for AVO Cigars. The announcement was made at the 2026 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show (PCA26) in New Orleans, where the company also introduced its updated “Burn Brighter” campaign as part of a broader evolution of the brand.
AVO Expresivo expands the brand’s portfolio with a multi-terroir blend and is described by the company as offering a fuller flavor profile while maintaining the balance associated with AVO cigars. The cigars are produced in Honduras and feature a blend of Nicaraguan and Honduran tobaccos, finished with an Ecuadorian wrapper. According to the company, each tobacco undergoes a tailored fermentation process to develop its characteristics while contributing to the overall blend.
The line will be available in three vitolas: Robusto (5 x 52), Churchill (7 x 48), and Toro (6 x 54).
Alongside the new release, AVO introduced a refreshed brand identity supported by the “Burn Brighter” campaign. The company stated that the campaign is designed to highlight creativity, authenticity, and shared experiences associated with the brand. The update is positioned as an evolution of the brand rather than a change to its core identity.
AVO Expresivo is scheduled to launch in the United States on June 25, 2026, with global availability beginning July 30, 2026, depending on market conditions.
