Alexander Berezowski has announced the sale of his ownership stake in My Cigar Pack, ending more than six years with the premium cigar subscription company he founded. Berezowski said he will now focus his full attention on Tobacco Tactical, where he serves as a partner and plans to expand the brand’s retail presence across the United States.

According to the announcement, Berezowski sold his ownership interest to his longtime business partner, who will continue leading My Cigar Pack. The company said the transition will not affect day-to-day operations, customer service or existing relationships with manufacturing partners and subscribers.

Founded to introduce consumers to a wide range of premium cigars, My Cigar Pack has grown into one of the industry’s subscription platforms, working with manufacturers and brands to showcase new and established products. The company said its mission and operating philosophy will remain unchanged under its existing leadership.

“My Cigar Pack has been an incredible chapter of my life,” Berezowski said in a statement. “I’m extremely proud of everything we all built together over the past six years and confident in the team that will continue leading the company.”

Berezowski said the move will allow him to dedicate his professional efforts to Tobacco Tactical, where he plans to continue developing the brand and expanding distribution through premium cigar retailers.

“My deepest thanks go to everyone who has supported My Cigar Pack over the years—from every single customer, manufacturing partners, brands, retailers, collaborators, and every single person that ever pushed the MCP name forward,” he said. “It has been an incredible privilege to be part of this company and this community.”
