Cavalier Genève Cigars is marking its 10th anniversary with a busy stretch of activity that includes two special releases now shipping to retailers and the opening of a new Houston-area warehouse dedicated to serving the U.S. market.

The company, which began in Switzerland and initially relied on third-party manufacturing, has grown considerably over the past decade. Cavalier now operates its own factory, Fabrica Centroamericana de Tabaco S.A. (FCT) in Danlí, Honduras, maintains two warehouses and has distribution in more than 60 countries.

That milestone is being commemorated with 10 Years Crafting, an anniversary cigar created specifically to recognize the company’s first decade.

10 Years Crafting Celebrates a Decade of Cavalier
The 10 Years Crafting release is a 6 1/4 x 52 parejo packaged in 14-count boxes containing seven cigars with claro wrappers and seven with darker wrappers. While their appearances differ, Cavalier says both versions use the same blend, with differences in wrapper priming and processing creating two different expressions of the cigar.

The blend incorporates 10 tobaccos, including eight different filler leaves. Those fillers consist of seco tobaccos from Copán and Jamastrán; visos from Estelí and Honduran Broadleaf; and ligeros from Paraguay, Jamastrán, Jalapa and India. A Habano Jalapa binder is used beneath either a claro or oscuro Habano Jamastrán wrapper.

The cigars carry an MSRP of $24.60 each, or $344.40 per 14-count box. Production will continue through December 2026, after which the anniversary release will be discontinued.

LE2026 Begins Shipping
Cavalier has also begun shipping its annual LE2026 limited edition to U.S. retailers.

As with previous installments in Cavalier’s annual Limited Edition series, the company has created an entirely new blend that will not be released again. The blend itself remains undisclosed.

This year’s cigar is offered exclusively as a 6 1/2 x 47 parejo, a format Cavalier says was selected to provide an intense and balanced expression of the 2026 blend.

Production totals 1,948 boxes of 10 cigars. Just over 1,000 boxes are allocated to U.S. retailers, with approximately 900 destined for international markets. The LE2026 carries an MSRP of $16.70 per cigar, or $167 per box.

Both the LE2026 and 10 Years Crafting are produced at Cavalier’s FCT factory in Danlí.

New Texas Warehouse to Serve U.S. Retailers
The company’s anniversary-year expansion isn’t limited to new cigars.

Cavalier has opened a new warehouse in the Houston area that will exclusively service its U.S. customers. The facility is now operational and represents an investment in the company’s U.S. distribution and customer service infrastructure.

According to founder Sebastien Decoppet, Cavalier began working on the new facility late last year. The expansion includes a new warehouse manager and updated processes intended to improve service for U.S. customers.

Taken together, the two releases and distribution expansion provide a snapshot of how Cavalier Genève is entering its second decade: commemorating its history with special products while investing in the infrastructure needed to support its U.S. retail business.
