United Cigars is releasing a second edition of the Atabey Ritos Gift Set, bringing back the limited package following the original set’s debut in 2024.
The new edition is scheduled to begin shipping during the first week of October and pairs five Atabey Ritos cigars with a porcelain Atabey ashtray designed by Selected Tobacco founder Nelson Alfonso.
Each Atabey Ritos measures 6 1/8 x 55 and is packaged in an individual cosmetic-grade tube. The cigars undergo five years of post-roll aging, a process that has become a defining element of Selected Tobacco’s production approach.
The blend features an Ecuadorian wrapper with Peruvian and Dominican filler tobaccos.
Alfonso also designed the porcelain ashtray included with the set, which features Atabey branding and is intended to make the release both a cigar package and a collectible presentation.
The second-edition set follows the first Atabey Ritos Gift Set, which United Cigars says sold out within its first week of release in 2024.
The suggested retail price for the new Atabey Ritos Gift Set is $270.
Atabey is part of the Selected Tobacco portfolio distributed in the United States by United Cigars. Other Selected Tobacco brands distributed by the company include Byron, Alfonso and Bandolero.
United Cigars has begun accepting retailer orders for the second edition, with shipments beginning in early October.
