Bocock Brothers continues to expand its footprint in collegiate collaborations with a newly announced partnership with the Indiana Hoosiers, unveiling a limited National Championship commemorative release.
The inaugural Hoosiers cigar features a bold, crimson-inspired presentation designed to reflect the strength and resilience associated with Indiana’s championship run. The blend consists of an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Honduran binder with Nicaraguan fillers, offered in a 6 x 52 toro format. Each cigar carries an MSRP of $27.50, with 10-count boxes priced at $275. Production takes place in Honduras at a select factory, with quantities intentionally limited.
The Hoosiers collection will begin shipping to retail partners nationwide in the first week of March, with additional availability through presale on Bocock Brothers’ website. Select retailers will also have opportunities to carry the broader Hoosiers line along with complementary accessories tied to the collaboration.
Several cigars from this commemorative run are slated for delivery to notable Hoosiers figures, including Head Coach Curt Cignetti and quarterback Fernando Mendoza — underscoring the visibility and institutional support behind the partnership.
This latest release builds on Bocock Brothers’ growing portfolio of collegiate collaborations, which already includes partnerships with the LSU Tigers, Wake Forest Demon Deacons, Florida Gators, Missouri Tigers, Syracuse Orange, Ole Miss Rebels, and Mississippi State Bulldogs, among others. The strategy reflects the brand’s continued focus on aligning premium cigars with established collegiate programs across multiple sports nationwide.
For retailers, collegiate-branded releases continue to represent a distinct merchandising opportunity — especially in markets with strong alumni bases and active fan communities. Limited production, recognizable branding, and built-in institutional affinity can create immediate consumer interest when positioned effectively in-store.
