Club Macanudo has expanded into the Caribbean with the opening of Club Macanudo Puerto Rico, marking the brand’s first location in the region. The lounge is operated through a partnership between Scandinavian Tobacco Group and Entre Humos LLC and is located at the Palmas del Mar Yacht Club in Humacao, Puerto Rico.
The new location is situated within the Palmas del Mar resort community and includes a curated cocktail bar, a temperature-controlled humidor wall, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the marina. According to the companies, the lounge was designed to complement the existing hospitality offerings within the resort.
Retail offerings at Club Macanudo Puerto Rico include a selection of Macanudo cigars, including the Inspirado line, as well as additional brands from Scandinavian Tobacco Group’s portfolio, such as CAO, Cohiba, and Alec Bradley.
The lounge is currently operating in a soft-opening phase. The partners indicated that additional programming is planned throughout 2026, including tastings, private events, and activities aligned with the resort’s golf and marina communities.
Club Macanudo was founded in 1996 with the opening of its flagship location in New York City. The brand currently operates multiple locations worldwide, including lounges in North America, Asia, and Europe, along with a Macanudo-branded retail shop and cigar lounge in Copenhagen.
