Crowned Heads is releasing three new sizes for this year’s Blood Medicine Limited Edition 2025 cigar. First introduced in 2022 as an event-only cigar, Blood Medicine received a wider release in 2024 as a limited-edition cigar presented in a Toro 6 x 52 format. This year, Blood Medicine will return as a limited edition blend available in 21-count cabinet boxes and in three sizes.

“The response to last year’s Blood Medicine LE 2024 was overwhelming and actually caught us off guard a bit,” commented Jon Huber, co-founder of Crowned Heads. “Last year, the 1,500 boxes sold out in a matter of days, and the feedback to that release and the demand for more was insane. So this year, we’re expanding the brand, and we are releasing the original blend in 21-count cabs available in three different vitolas in the hopes that more people can experience this dynamic and unique cigar.”

Blood Medicine LE 2025 has an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, Ecuadorian Connecticut binder, and Nicaraguan filler tobacco. The cigar will be presented in three sizes: 5 x 52, 5 1/2 x 56, and 6 x 54. Only 700 21-count boxes of each size will be produced. The suggested retail price per cigar will range from $10.50 to $12.50 before applicable taxes.

Blood Medicine LE 2025 was handcrafted in Estelí, Nicaragua, at TacaNicsa. This cigar is expected to begin shipping at the end of March 2025.
