Crowned Heads is set to introduce Moonflower, a new regular production line that marks a significant milestone for the brand and its long-standing partnership with My Father Cigars.

The release will make its global debut at the 2026 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show (PCA26) in New Orleans, representing the first all-new regular production brand Crowned Heads has developed with My Father Cigars in more than a decade.

A Milestone Collaboration
Over the years, Crowned Heads and the Garcia family at My Father Cigars have collaborated on some of the brand’s most recognized releases. Moonflower continues that relationship while signaling a new chapter—one that blends familiarity with a fresh direction for the portfolio.

For retailers, the significance of this release goes beyond a new SKU. It represents a rare expansion of Crowned Heads’ core lineup with one of its most trusted manufacturing partners, making it one of the more notable debuts heading into PCA 2026.

A Nicaraguan Puro with Layered Complexity
Moonflower is built as a Nicaraguan puro, incorporating tobaccos from multiple growing regions to create a balanced and evolving profile.

The blend features a dark Corojo wrapper, supported by a double binder from Estelí and Jalapa, along with fillers sourced from Estelí, Jalapa, and Condega. Together, these components are designed to deliver a cigar that opens with a more assertive profile before transitioning into a layered experience.

Flavor-wise, the cigar begins with notes of white pepper and spice, gradually developing into cream, cedar, and nutty tones, before finishing with a clean, slightly mint-like character. The overall profile is positioned in the medium-plus range, offering both strength and balance.

Packaging, Sizes, and Availability
Moonflower will be offered in three traditional vitolas: Corona Gorda (6 x 46), Robusto (5 x 52), and Toro (6 x 54). The cigars will be packaged in 21-count cabinet boxes with a suggested retail price ranging from $11.95 to $13.50 per cigar.

Production takes place at My Father Cigars in Estelí, Nicaragua, with shipments expected to begin in May 2026, shortly after its debut at PCA26.
