Espinosa Premium Cigars has announced the upcoming launch of Knuckle Sandwich Puro Nicaragua, the latest addition to the celebrated Knuckle Sandwich core line. Crafted entirely from 100% Nicaraguan tobacco, this new release marks a bold and flavorful tribute to the country’s legendary tobacco heritage.
Set to debut at the 2025 Premium Cigar Association (PCA25) trade show in New Orleans, Puro Nicaragua is the fourth core blend in the Knuckle Sandwich portfolio—joining the original Connecticut, Habano, and Maduro expressions. Blended by Espinosa Cigars and produced at the renowned San Lotano Factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua, this latest addition captures the strength, depth, and unmistakable spice that define Nicaraguan terroir.

Wrapped in a dark, oily Nicaraguan Habano Oscuro leaf and built around a Nicaraguan binder and filler, Knuckle Sandwich Puro Nicaragua offers a full-bodied experience layered with complexity, earthiness, and a bold finish. True to the series’ character, the blend balances strength with refinement—tailored for seasoned smokers who value authenticity and intensity.
The cigars will be presented in 20-count boxes and will be available in three vitolas: Robusto, 5 x 52; Toro, 6 x 54; and Gordo. Suggested retail price per cigar will range from $13.50 to $14.99 before applicable taxes.
Retailers attending PCA 2025 are invited to experience Knuckle Sandwich Puro Nicaragua firsthand at the Espinosa Cigars booth. Shortly after the show, the new line will begin shipping to select premium retailers nationwide.
