La Aurora has announced the release of Perseverancia, the second installment in its Family Creed Series, scheduled to debut at the 2026 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show (PCA26) in New Orleans.
The Family Creed Series draws its naming and concept from principles associated with the León family, founders of La Aurora. Perseverancia follows the first release in the series, Fuerte Sol. Perseverancia is produced as a full-strength cigar and features a blend of filler tobaccos from Pennsylvania, the Dominican Republic, and Nicaragua. These are combined with a Mexican San Andrés binder and finished with a Pennsylvania Broadleaf wrapper. The cigar will be offered in three box-pressed vitolas: a Robusto measuring 5 x 50, a Toro measuring 5 3/4 x 54, and a Gran Toro measuring 6 x 58.
Suggested retail pricing is set at $16.00 per cigar for the Robusto, $18.00 per cigar for the Toro, and $18.50 per cigar for the Gran Toro. Boxes are priced at $320, $360, and $370 respectively.
The release continues the Family Creed Series as a regular portfolio extension following its introduction with Fuerte Sol. Perseverancia will be showcased at La Aurora’s booth during PCA26 (April 17–20, New Orleans), with shipments to retailers expected to begin in May 2026.
