All Saints Cigars and Micallef Cigars have jointly and amicably decided to end their unified sales operations program. Over the next 90 days, the partnership will end, allowing each company to pursue its own tailored operational strategy.
Micallef Cigars’s president, Dan Thompson, commented: “We express our deepest gratitude to Micky Pegg and Frank Layo at All Saints Cigars for their openness and willingness to engage in this innovative collaboration. Their contributions have been invaluable, and we have all learned a great deal from this unique partnership.”
According to both companies, the partnership effectively leveraged the strength of both brands. The change will allow Micallef Cigars and All Saints Cigars to evolve and adapt to the changing retail landscape while meeting customers’ needs with agility. With this change, Micky Pegg will focus entirely on All Saints Cigars and its growth and success.
“Our partnership has culminated in significant achievements, not least the positive reception at recent tradeshows,” Pegg added. “The entire Micallef team has been supportive and flexible – a pleasure to work with. We reaffirm our commitment to all our retail partners and their continued prosperity.”
Micallef Cigars and All Saints Cigars will continue to operate jointly until the end of June in an effort to ensure a seamless transition.
