Procigar has announced a major new initiative for retail tobacconists attending the upcoming Procigar Festival 2026, unveiling a Retailer Exclusive Program designed to give participating stores unprecedented access to limited-edition Dominican cigars created solely for the Festival.
The program—open only to officially registered retailers attending the Feb. 17–20 event in Santiago de los Caballeros—offers the chance to purchase cigars blended and crafted exclusively by Procigar member factories for this occasion. These cigars will not be available through any other channel, making the offering one of the most unique direct-from-manufacturer opportunities in the festival’s history.
Retailers enrolled in the program will receive priority access to a dedicated meeting and purchasing space staffed by Procigar member companies. The goal: to give tobacconists a private, professional environment for direct relationship-building, brand conversations, and exclusive purchasing opportunities with some of the Dominican Republic’s most respected premium cigar manufacturers.
According to Procigar, the initiative strengthens long-term partnerships between retailers and Dominican factories while ensuring festival attendees have access to cigars available nowhere else.
