Quesada Cigars is set to introduce a new line, Suspiro, at the 2026 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show (PCA26) in New Orleans.
The release marks a new addition to the company’s portfolio and will feature a sweetened cap, a distinguishing characteristic of the line.
Two Blends, Four Vitolas
The Suspiro line will be offered in two blends: Suspiro Connecticut and Suspiro Oscuro. The Connecticut version features a Connecticut-seed wrapper, while the Oscuro utilizes an Ecuadorian wrapper grown from Cameroon seed. Both blends incorporate a Dominican binder and a combination of Dominican and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos.
Each blend will be available in two sizes:
Suspiro Connecticut
- Short Robusto (4 x 50) — $12.25 MSRP
- Toro (6 x 52) — $13.50 MSRP
Suspiro Oscuro
- Robusto (5 x 50) — $12.75 MSRP
- Toro (6 x 52) — $13.50 MSRP
All cigars will be packaged in 15-count boxes.
Production and Concept
The Suspiro line is produced at the Tabacos de Exportación factory in the Dominican Republic.
The name “Suspiro” is derived from a traditional Dominican dessert, and the concept of the cigar incorporates a sweetened cap intended to reflect that inspiration.
PCA 2026 Debut and Shipping Timeline
Quesada is expected to showcase the Suspiro line at PCA26, with shipments scheduled to begin in late April 2026.
The release follows recent updates from the company as it prepares for PCA26, including a broader evolution in brand presentation and portfolio alignment.
