The Dominican Republic is calling—and for cigar enthusiasts, there’s no week on the calendar quite like the Procigar Festival. Registration is officially open for the 18th annual celebration, taking place February 15–20, 2026, with events in both La Romana and Santiago de los Caballeros.
Hosted by the Association of Dominican Cigar Manufacturers (PROCIGAR), this premier event brings together aficionados, retailers, distributors, and media from around the world for an immersive journey into the artistry and heritage of Dominican cigars.
From guided tours of the country’s most iconic factories—led by the legends of Dominican tobacco—to nightly galas, live entertainment, and leisure activities, Procigar blends education, culture, and camaraderie in a way only the Dominican Republic can.
New Home Base in Santiago
This year, the festival’s Santiago events will center around the brand-new Hotel Santiago, Curio Collection by Hilton, located in the vibrant Ágora Santiago Center Mall.
