A new year is soon upon us. For PCA members it’s time to start planning for this year’s trade show.
PCA25 will be held in New Orleans for the first time since 2015, at the New Orleans Convention Center from April 11–14, 2025. So now is the best time to start planning your trip to PCA25. Sure, you could wait until January or February to start thinking about April’s trade show, but by doing so, you’ll be making a costly mistake. During PCA25, New Orleans’ French Quarter Festival will occur. This means hotels are going to book up quickly, flights are going to be packed, and a delay in planning means you will be missing out or spending more money than you should.
Here are three things to do today to make your PCA25 travel experience a good one:
- Book Your Accommodations. You know when the trade show is taking place and likely know what days you want to travel. Go ahead and book your hotel today. The PCA has secured reduced rates at hotels around the convention center. You need to select your hotel and book using the links on pcashow.org/travel to ensure you’re not overpaying. The Hilton Riverside, just a short walk to the convention center, is the host hotel for PCA25, with available rooms. Book by March 9, 2025 with the Hilton Riverside or other hotel partners to save.
- Book Your Flights. PCA can help you save on airfare to the trade show. We have secured airline discounts with Delta and United Airlines for PCA members attending PCA25. - Get Ready to Smoke. Yes, you can smoke in New Orleans during the trade show. Smoking will be allowed on the trade show floor, and the PCA is building out smoking experiences in and around the convention center. As you start planning your PCA25 travel, keep yourself safe from phishing scams and other fraudulent attempts by third parties to offer you deals or enticements related to PCA25 travel. Official hotel room block booking codes with discounted rates will be sent out directly from the Premium Cigar Association (PCA) and not through any other vendor.
