Tatuaje has announced the opening of a new Florida distribution center. This new warehouse will help Tatuaje to fulfill orders faster and will also optimize shipping costs and times for retailers. The decision to open a Florida warehouse made sense to the company since its products arrive in the U.S. from Nicaragua and are received through Miami. Also, some of Tatuaje’s products are made in Miami.
“We are really excited about this next chapter of Tatuaje,” says Pete Johnson, founder of Tatuaje. “Getting the product to the retailers quicker and saving them money on shipping and handling is something we have been talking about for years. We are happy that it finally came to fruition”.
The new warehouse will be located in Doral, Florida, and will supplement Tatuaje’s Los Angeles warehouse. Distribution will take place from both locations with the goal of shipping to retailers in the eastern part of the U.S. occurring from Miami and the west half from the Los Angeles warehouse. This new setup will also allow Tatuaje to ship some of its limited-run products arriving in retail within just days of it being shipped.
Tatuaje is currently in the process of getting stock of every SKU at each location.
