In collaboration with CoH Cigars of Hong Kong, Drew Estate has launched a new cigar to help celebrate the Chinese New Year. The Liga Privada Único Serie Year of the Snake is an exclusive short-batch cigar that pays tribute to the Year of the Wood Snake. The wood snake symbolizes charm, wisdom, and transformation–characteristics that were taken into consideration as Drew Estate worked on this blend.

“It’s an honor for Drew Estate to participate in such an important cultural moment,” says Jonathan Drew, Drew Estate’s president and founder. “We’ve worked on the ‘Year of’ project for quite a long time, and it seems to have an impact on people who wish to bring two distinct rituals together for celebration and reflection.”

Drew Estate’s Year of the Snake is presented as a 7 x 44 Lonsdale and comes packaged in 10-count boxes. The cigar’s blend consists of a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, Connecticut Corojo binder, and filler from Nicaragua, Brazil, and the U.S. According to the company, the Liga Privada Único Serie Year of the Snake is “balanced and complex with a peppery kick.”

This special release is being distributed exclusively by CoH Cigars Hong Kong and is available now.
