Tatuaje Cigars is set to release three highly anticipated Corojo-wrapped vitolas this August, giving fans of the brand a fresh take on some of its most sought-after blends. The new Tatuaje T110 Corojo, Tatuaje Cohete Corojo, and Tatuaje Avión 13 Corojo all feature a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper grown by the Garcia family, paired with all-Nicaraguan binder and fillers.
The trio was first showcased at the 2025 PCA Trade Show in New Orleans, where the Corojo leaf stood out for its rich, complex character. While the Tatuaje 7th Corojo has already joined the brand’s regular production lineup, these three vitolas are limited-edition releases heading to select retailers.
Two formats—the T110 and Cohete—have long been associated with small-batch projects. The T110, originally inspired by a powerhouse blend nicknamed “Thermonuclear,” is known for its short, stout size and full-bodied intensity. Measuring 4 3/8 x 52, the T110 Corojo is a Nicaraguan puro with a suggested retail price of $12 per cigar. Production is limited to 4,000 boxes of 25 cigars, totaling 100,000 cigars. It has previously appeared with Habano, Sumatra, Connecticut Broadleaf, and San Andrés (Tuxtla) wrappers, but this marks its first Corojo release.
The Cohete (“rocket” in Spanish) is a petite robusto rooted in the original Brown Label blend, first appearing as a store exclusive in 2006. The new Cohete Corojo measures 4 x 50, features all-Nicaraguan tobaccos, and carries an MSRP of $10 per cigar. Only 2,000 boxes of 25 cigars—50,000 cigars in total—are being produced. Like the T110, it has seen limited runs with various wrappers, but this is its debut with a Corojo leaf.
The Avión 13 is a double perfecto based on the Fausto blend, traditionally produced with a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. For the first time, it will be available with a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper, along with Nicaraguan binder and filler. Measuring 6 7/8 x 52, the Avión 13 Corojo has an suggested retail price of $13 per cigar, with production limited to 2,000 boxes of 25 cigars, or 50,000 total. This is only the second wrapper change for the Avión 13, following its San Andrés Tuxtla release in 2022.
All three cigars are handcrafted at the My Father Cigars factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, and will begin shipping to select retailers at the end of August.
