Selected Tobacco has announced the release of a limited Collector’s Edition Humidor, set to debut on October 18, 2025, at Industrial Cigars in Frisco, Texas. The launch coincides with the fifth anniversary of the world’s first branded Atabey Lounge, located inside Industrial Cigars.
Only 200 numbered humidors have been produced for this special edition, each housing 10 extra-aged cigars unique to the release. Inside are five Atabey Ritos (6 1/8 x 55) and five Alfonso Añejo No. 3 (6 x 54), both aged beyond Selected Tobacco’s standard five-year post-roll process, making this a rare and highly collectible offering.
The humidor itself is designed as a statement piece, finished in sun-washed white sand and ocean blue piano lacquer, accented with polished gold trim, hidden hinges, and numbered plaques. Each unit also includes a chambered humidifier with a fixed hygrometer to ensure proper storage. The MSRP for the set is $600.
The release event will feature Selected Tobacco founder Nelson Alfonso and his son, Fabio Alfonso, who will personally present the collection to attendees. According to Industrial Cigars co-owner Dave Frakes, the collaboration celebrates two milestones: Industrial Cigars’ five years as the world’s first Atabey Lounge and the Alfonso family’s 175 years in tobacco.
United Cigars, the U.S. distributor of Selected Tobacco, will handle distribution of the Collector’s Edition Humidor, which will be available exclusively through Industrial Cigars.
