Bolivar Cigars is commemorating more than 130 years of cigar tradition with the introduction of a limited release called Bolivar Aniversario. The cigar reflects the brand’s longstanding reputation for bold blends while highlighting a mix of tobaccos from several South American growing regions.

The blend combines an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with a Brazilian Arapiraca binder, supported by filler tobaccos from Paraguay, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil. According to the company, the use of multiple tobaccos from across the region was intended to create a distinctive flavor profile that remains consistent with the strength and character traditionally associated with the Bolivar name.

Production takes place in Honduras at HATSA, a factory known for manufacturing several of Scandinavian Tobacco Group’s cigar brands. The cigar will be released in a single vitola, a 6 x 52 Toro, and packaged in ten-count boxes.

Bolivar Aniversario carries a suggested retail price of $9.99 per cigar, positioning the limited release as a value-oriented offering within the premium cigar category while still incorporating a blend of tobaccos from multiple countries.

The cigar is scheduled to begin shipping to retailers in March 2026.

The release arrives as the Bolivar brand marks more than a century in the cigar industry, continuing a tradition of fuller-flavored cigars that have long been associated with the historic name.
