Drew Estate has announced a series of executive leadership changes, including the promotion of founder Jonathan Drew Sann to Chief Innovation Officer and the hiring of Andrew Duncan as Senior Vice President of Marketing.
According to the company, Jonathan Drew will continue to serve as President while taking on the newly created Chief Innovation Officer role. Drew Estate stated that the position was established to focus on long-term strategic initiatives tied to innovation, brand development, and business expansion.
The company said its newly formed Innovation Department will focus on projects connected to Drew Estate’s core areas of innovation, disruption, brand development, and consumer engagement. Drew Estate cited the recently announced Drew Dominicana factory project and the J.SANN & SON retail division as examples of initiatives connected to the department’s direction.
In a statement, Drew Estate CEO Glenn Wolfson described the move as a new chapter for the company, while Jonathan Drew said his focus remains on the long-term future of Drew Estate, its employees, retailers, and consumers.
Alongside the executive transition, Drew Estate announced the hiring of Andrew Duncan as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Duncan will oversee brand management, consumer engagement, digital marketing, and global creative operations for the company. He will also work alongside Drew in support of strategic initiatives developed through the Innovation Department.
Before joining Drew Estate, Duncan served as Global Head of Brand Marketing at The Sazerac Company, where he worked on the company’s bourbon and American whiskey portfolio. His previous experience also includes senior marketing roles at Procter & Gamble.
Drew Estate stated that Duncan’s appointment follows an extensive search process focused on leadership experience, premium brand development, and alignment with the company’s culture and direction.
