Casa Carrillo has announced the release of its 2026 Pledge of Allegiance, the fourth annual installment in the company’s limited-edition series honoring American heritage. The release also coincides with the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States.

The 2026 Pledge of Allegiance Toro features a new blend and will be allocated exclusively to select premium cigar retailers across the country.

According to Casa Carrillo, the release draws inspiration from the American Dream and the journey of master blender Ernesto Perez-Carrillo, whose career spans from his early beginnings in Cuba to building a premium cigar company in the United States.

The cigar is composed of a Connecticut Habano wrapper over an Ecuadorian Connecticut binder, with fillers sourced from Nicaragua’s Condega, Jalapa, ASP, and Estelí growing regions.

“As America celebrates its 250th anniversary, I reflect on the opportunities this country has given me and my family,” said Ernesto Perez-Carrillo in a statement. “Pledge of Allegiance is my tribute to the American Dream and to the values that have inspired generations for 250 years.”

The 2026 Pledge of Allegiance Toro will be offered in a 6 x 54 format and packaged in boxes of 10 cigars. The suggested retail price is $22 per cigar. Production is limited to 1,776 individually numbered boxes, a reference to the year the United States declared its independence.

Casa Carrillo also announced plans for a second commemorative release, the Pledge of Allegiance Rockets. The cigar will measure 6 3/8 x 58 and will be limited to 250 individually numbered boxes in recognition of America’s 250th anniversary. Blend details and pricing for the Rockets vitola will be announced closer to its release date.

Shipping for the Pledge of Allegiance Toro has already begun. Casa Carrillo noted that allocations have been reserved for select premium retail partners.
