Lure Cigars has released The Codfather, a Connecticut Shade limited edition now shipping to select retail partners. Production is capped at 4,000 cigars.
The Codfather is offered in a single 6 1/2 x 54 Sublime format. Its blend combines an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper with a Nicaraguan binder and aged filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and Honduras. Lure describes the cigar as mild to medium in body, with cream, cedar, pine nut, vanilla and white pepper among its intended flavor notes.
Suggested retail pricing is $16 per cigar. The cigars are packaged in packs of 10, with a minimum allocation order of 10 packs. Retail orders also require a minimum $400 purchase from the Lure Cigars core line.
