Joya de Nicaragua is bringing back Cuatro Cinco Edición Americana for a fourth TAA-exclusive release following previous editions in 2021, 2022 and 2023. The limited edition will be presented during the 2026 Tobacconists’ Association of America Annual Meeting, taking place Oct. 25–29 at Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic.

The 2026 release is a 6 x 54 box-pressed belicoso made with a Criollo wrapper grown in Nicaragua’s Jalapa region, a Dominican binder and Nicaraguan fillers. A portion of the filler tobacco was aged in vintage white-oak rum barrels.

The cigars will be packaged in 10-count boxes with a suggested retail price of $16.50 per cigar, or $165 per box. Production is limited to 500 boxes, totaling 5,000 cigars. Shipments to TAA-member retailers are scheduled to begin Nov. 2.

The return also marks Joya de Nicaragua’s first TAA exclusive distributed through SAG Imports. The companies describe the release as a continuation of Joya de Nicaragua’s longstanding relationship with American specialty retailers.
