Artesano Del Tobacco’s El Pulpo cigar line is growing with the addition of the recently announced El Pulpo Lancero aka The Eel. This pigtail lancer measures 7 x 38 and will begin shipping to retailers in February 2025.
The Eel has the same blend as the original El Pulpo: a rich Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper and Nicaraguan binder and filler. AJ Fernandez handcrafted this cigar in Nicaragua.

Based on the overwhelming support and high ratings of the El Pulpo blend, we reached out to our fans for their input on what size they would like next. The majority expressed their desire for a Lancero that showcases the beauty of our San Andrés Maduro wrapper. We believe they are absolutely right; this size not only celebrates but highlights our well-aged San Andrés Maduro wrapper.”
Each El Pulpo The Eel will have a suggested retail price of $16.50 per cigar before applicable taxes.
