CAO has announced the release of CAO America 250th Anniversary, a limited-edition cigar marking the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States. The release revisits the original CAO America concept, first introduced in 2007, and presents the blend in a new box-pressed format.

CAO America 250th Anniversary is composed entirely of American-grown tobaccos. The cigar features a barber pole wrapper combining U.S. Broadleaf and Connecticut Shade, along with a U.S. Havana Connecticut binder and a filler blend consisting of U.S. Broadleaf and Pennsylvania tobaccos. The release is described as an American puro, extending U.S.-grown tobacco throughout all components of the blend.

The cigar will be offered in just one size: a 5 1/2 x 55 box-pressed Robusto format and packaged in 10-count boxes.

CAO America 250th Anniversary is produced at STG Estelí and is scheduled to begin shipping to retailers nationwide on May 4, 2026. The cigar carries a suggested retail price of $9.99 per cigar.
