Natura Cigars will introduce its latest release, Altrua—First Harvest, on Sunday, March 24, at 4 p.m. during the 2024 Premium Cigar Association (PCA24) trade show. This will be a limited release, with only 7,000 cigars made.
Altrua—First Harvest was born from the first growing cycle in a highland field, an area uncommon for growing tobacco due to its cold, rainy, and mountainous location. First Harvest is described as a pure cigar. Its wrapper, binder, and filler were harvested in the same Altura Farm. The tobacco leaves were dried and fermented at low temperatures, which took almost triple the normal time. These conditions allowed the essential oils and other properties to remain in the tobacco leaves.
According to Natura Cigar Company, this cigar has a different taste, intense aroma, and distinctive and unique flavor. Altura—First Harvest comes in 5-count boxes and is presented in one size: a 6 x 50 Toro. This cigar is expected to ship to retailers in May 2024.
