Villiger Cigars has announced the release of the Villiger 1888 San Andrés, a new addition to the company’s 1888 portfolio. The line joins the existing Villiger 1888 Dominican Republic and Villiger 1888 Nicaragua offerings and is scheduled for release on June 15.

The Villiger 1888 San Andrés is produced at Villiger de Nicaragua and features a box-pressed format across all vitolas. The blend incorporates a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over an Ecuador Habano binder and Nicaraguan fillers.

The new line will be offered in three sizes: a 5 x 50 Robusto, a 6 x 50 Toro, and a 7 x 47 Churchill. Suggested retail pricing is set at $12.00 for the Robusto, $12.50 for the Toro, and $13.00 for the Churchill.

The addition of the San Andrés version further expands the Villiger 1888 series, giving retailers and consumers another wrapper option within the brand’s growing portfolio.
