La Aurora is preparing to introduce a new high-end offering with the Prime Collection, a curated assortment of some of the brand’s most sought-after and limited cigars, set to debut at the 2026 Premium Cigar Association Trade Show (PCA26) in New Orleans.

The release brings together multiple standout cigars from across La Aurora’s portfolio—spanning different years, blends, and limited editions—into a single presentation designed to highlight the depth of the company’s history and craftsmanship.

A Curated Expression of the Brand
Rather than introducing a single new blend, the Prime Collection is positioned as a curated experience, offering retailers and consumers access to cigars that are typically released in limited quantities or at different points in time.

The collection includes five cigars drawn from La Aurora’s portfolio:

  • Puro Vintage 2007 (Biennial Release)
  • Hors d’Age 2023 (Annual Limited Release)
  • Fernando León 100 Años
  • 120 Aniversario Limited Edition
  • 100 Años (2025 Re-Release)

Together, the selection represents a cross-section of La Aurora’s blending philosophy, incorporating tobaccos from multiple regions and showcasing a range of vitolas, from Salomón formats to traditional Toro sizes.

PCA 2026 Debut and Retail Opportunity
The Prime Collection is housed in a luxury presentation box designed to reflect the premium positioning of the cigars inside. The box features a walnut veneer exterior, high-gloss finish, and cedar-lined interior, with gold accents and detailing intended to reinforce its role as both a collectible and a showcase piece.

For retailers, the packaging adds an additional layer of appeal, positioning the product as a ready-made premium gift item or centerpiece for humidor displays.

The Prime Collection will officially launch at PCA 2026, where retailers will have the opportunity to view the product firsthand and evaluate its place within their premium assortment.

With an MSRP of $270, the collection is positioned at the higher end of the market, targeting consumers interested in limited releases, curated experiences, and collectible cigars.

La Aurora will also host a rum and cigar pairing event during the trade show, further emphasizing the experiential side of its portfolio and providing retailers with additional context around how these products can be presented and sold in-store.
