New PCA Member Benefits

Retirement, health, and recruitment plans offer added value to PCA membership

During this year’s PCA Trade Show, the association announced three new benefit programs for PCA members. These programs are available to all PCA members and their employees. The programs are designed to be affordable and beneficial to member-owners and to give PCA members value-added tools to reward and retain employees. Below is an overview of each program and contact information for more details.

Health
The PCA Insurance Program will provide employee benefit programs for small- to mid-size organizations. The goal is to offer one insurance program nationwide that will include medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage options. Benefits will be available for owners/operators and their employees as well as spouses and dependents. There is no commitment to explore options to see if the program is appropriate for a member’s business.

It is important to note that the more participants in the program through PCA, the lower the costs and the more options will be available.

A draft of coverage plans will be available in the summer. The program’s enrollment window is October 1 to December 31, with coverage beginning January 1, 2025.

Additional information will be announced throughout the year, but for specific questions, contact [email protected] or call 833-717-5130.

Retirement
The PCA Pooled Employer 401(k) Plan is offered by UBS Financial Services through Martin, Moore & Associates. UBS serves as a legal fiduciary of the pooled 401(k). Members of the plan will receive:

  • Low-cost investment options
  • Education and advice on investments
  • Tax credits up to $5,000 per year for the first three years
  • Tax deductions for the business, business owners, and individuals
  • Annual review of investments
  • Tiered group pricing
