Micallef Cigars has announced its next release, the Micallef Red, part of the company’s Color Series. Micallef Red will be available in a 6 x 52 Toro and 5 x 52 Robusto size and will have a suggested retail price ranging from $7 to $8 before applicable taxes.
Micallef Red is handcrafted in Estelí, Nicaragua, at Fabrica de Micallef. This cigar features a natural San Andrés Habano wrapper that gives the cigar flavors of gentle spice and deep earthy undertones. The Micallef Red’s Pennsylvania Broadleaf binder, grown in Nicaragua’s volcanic soil, gives the cigar an earthy sweetness. The blend is rounded out by Nicaraguan and Mexican filler tobaccos.
