The Premium Cigar Association (PCA) has collaborated with Laws Whiskey House for the limited-run PCA Laws Madeira Cask Bourbon. This release is the first of what will be an annual barrel pick release from the PCA, available on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who make a recommended $200 contribution to PCA’s Industry Defense Fund.
“We are very pleased to work with Laws on this project and plan on making this an annual release. It is a great way to raise money for the association without being a handout. This is part of a larger strategy to work and coordinate with industries like spirits on projects ranging from limited releases to a spirits pavilion at the PCA trade show. Cigar bars are a growing segment of our membership, and we want to foster these relationships moving forward,” says Joshua Habursky, Executive Director of the PCA.
“We’re thrilled to partner with the Premium Cigar Association for the PCA Laws Madeira Cask Bourbon release. Whiskey and cigars naturally complement each other, and this collaboration allows us to bring out the best in both,” commented Al Laws, founder of Laws Whiskey House. “The Madeira finish adds a depth and distinctive taste to the bourbon that pairs beautifully with a premium cigar, making this release a truly unique experience. We look forward to many more creative collaborations with PCA in the future.”
The PCA’s Industry Defense Fund was established to help the PCA defend, protect, and help grow the premium tobacco industry. As the premium tobacco industry’s longest-running trade association, the PCA constantly represents brick-and-mortar retailers and other tobacco businesses in the constant threat of increasing taxes, smoking bans, and other bad business policies. The first 50 to make a donation of $200 to the Industry Defense Fund will receive this limited-run PCA Laws Madeira Cask Bourbon. All contributions to the Industry Defense Fund will go toward PCA’s ongoing efforts to build a better and stronger premium tobacco industry.
To get your bottle of PCA Laws Madeira Cask Bourbon, you can make a contribution to the PCA Industry Defense Fund at https://donorbox.org/pca-barrel-pick. A minimum contribution of $200 is requested. Only 50 bottles are available; this product will not be available for purchase once it is sold out.
