Drew Estate to Release New Gordo-Sized Broadleaf Nica Rustica

Drew Estate is expanding the Nica Rustica Broadleaf line with a new vitola–a 6 x 60 Gordo.

The Nica Rustica Broadleaf is Drew Estate’s tribute to the people of Estelí, Nicaragua. While the company has updated its packaging and branding, the blend remains unchanged and is still rustic, spicy, and robust in flavor while offered at an affordable price point.

“Considered a straight-forward power puncher, the new Gordo 6 x 60 is a big cigar with big, fat flavors, it’s just a flavor bomb,” commented Jonathan Drew, founder and president of Drew Estate. “The new Gordo size will be available in 25-count boxes, which helps us keep the box costs down per stick. We are a blue-collar company, and we must address the value equation every day. The Nica Rustica front mark is the key to this challenge.”

The Nica Rustica Broadleaf has a Connecticut River Valley wrapper, a Mexican San Andrés Negro binder, and filler tobacco from Estelí and Jalapa, Nicaragua. The new Gordo size will have a suggested retail price of $7.95 per cigar before applicable taxes.

Retailers can begin placing orders for this new cigar now.
