Legislative Bill 118, introduced by Senator Tyson Larson, creates a limited exemption to the Nebraska Clean Indoor Air Act to allow for smoking in cigar shops. This legislation is expected to receive a vote as early as early as next week. LB 118 is critical to protect the true cigar shop experience at several small businesses across Nebraska.
