Eladio Diaz Cigars’s first regular production cigar, the Eladio Diaz Before & After, will be exclusively distributed in the U.S. by Arango Cigar Co.
Manufactured by Tabacalera Diaz Cabrera Factory, the Eladio Diaz Before & After builds on Diaz’s legacy within the premium cigar industry. He has been involved in the tobacco and cigar industry for over 50 years, 30 of which were spent as a cigar roller in a factory in Villa Gonzalez, Dominican Republic. Since those humble beginnings, Diaz has become known for his master blender skills.
“I am humbled to invite you to live this unique experience with a blend of tobaccos that represent my Before–when I was an employee in a cigar factory–and my after–seeing my children keeping alive the legacy of what has been a labor of love for me,” commented Diaz in a press release.
The Eladio Diaz Before & After has an Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper, Dominican filler, and Dominican binder. The blend is said to have a combination of creaminess and sweetness that builds to an explosion of flavor after the cigar has been lit. This medium- to full-bodied smoke can be enjoyed at any time of day. Cigar enthusiasts can anticipate slight spiciness and woody notes as the cigar burns.
