Trade show exhibitors will receive four (4) badges per 100 square feet of booth space. Exhibitors must provide their complete guest list in advance. Larger groups may submit their guest list directly by completing the Large Group Registration Form and submitting it directly to email@example.com.

#PCA2021 is a Members-Only Event
Exhibitors and attendees alike have asked us to ensure the integrity of our show by restricting attendance to members. To uphold these standards, you may not give badges to anyone outside of the association who has not been given prior authorization by the PCA.
The PCA Convention & International Trade Show is a Members-Only event and is not open to the general public. Show admission badges are provided strictly to PCA members in accordance with their Membership, and are for PCA Member professional Retail Tobacconists, Exhibitors, and their bona fide employees only.
Consumers are not permitted to attend. We ask everyone to help us spot offenders so we can maintain a productive, professional atmosphere in which to conduct business. Any consumers found at the show will be promptly escorted out.
If challenged, anyone who appears not to be a member may be asked to provide proper identification to prove their affiliation with the Premium Cigar Association and the company in question. Subsequently, any PCA member found to have provided consumer access to the event will have their badge(s) confiscated and will be banned from the show floor. No refunds will be provided.
